Bombay Industrial Relations Act (extended to Gujarat), 1946
Whoever contravenes any of the provisions of this Act or of any rule made thereunder shall on conviction, if no other penalty for fine is elsewhere provided by or under this Act for such contravention, be punishable with fine which may extend to ten thousand rupees and, in the event of such person having been previously convicted of an offence under this Act or any rule made thereunder with fine which may extend to twenty thousand rupees.
