Statutory text

Nothing in this Act affect any of the provisions of the Trade Disputes Act, 1929 (VII of 1929) and no conciliation or arbitration proceeding shall be held under this Act relating to any matter or trade dispute which has been referred to and is pending before a Court of Enquiry or Board of Conciliation under the said Act.
