Bombay Industrial Relations Act (extended to Gujarat), 1946
Where a settlement is arrived at within two months from the date of the completion of any conciliation proceedings, such settlement shall be deemed to be an agreement for the purpose of section 44 and the provisions of the said section 44 shall apply for registration of such agreement.
