Bombay Industrial Relations Act (extended to Gujarat), 1946
The proceeding in arbitration under this Chapter shall be in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration Act, 1940 (X of 1940), in so far as they are applicable and the powers which are exercisable by a Civil Court under the said provisions shall be exercisable by a Labour Court and the Industrial Court.
