Gujarat Agricultural Lands Ceiling Act, 1960

Statutory text

Notwithstanding anything contained in the Bombay Court-fees Act, 1959, every application or appeal made under this Act to the Mamlatdar, Tribunal, Collector or Gujarat Revenue Tribunal shall bear a court-fee stamp of such value as may be prescribed.
