Gujarat Advocates' Welfare Fund Act, 1991

Statutory text

(1) There shall be an administrative committee, consisting of the following members, namely :—

(a) The Advocate-General, Gujarat State….Ex-Officio (b) The Secretary and Remembrancer of Legal Affairs….Ex-Officio to Government of Gujarat, Legal Department.

(c) The Chairman of the Bar Council of Gujarat. . Ex-Officio (d) The Chairman of the Executive Committee of the….Ex-Officio Bar Council.

(e) Three members to be nominated by the Bar Council–from amongst its members.

(2) The powers, functions and duties of the Administrative Committee shall be as provided by this Act and by regulations.
