Gujarat Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act, 1948
[(1)] If the land held on tenancy is only a fragment, the tenant shall be deemed to have purchased such fragment under section 32 notwithstanding anything contained in the Bombay Prevention of Fragmentation and Consolidation of Holding Act, 1947. [ (2) If the tenancy of the land is attached to a holding or part thereof under section 29A of the Bombay Prevention of Fragmentation and Consolidation of Holding Act, 1947, notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in that Act, the tenant shall not, in the circumstances set out in section 32, to have purchased the land held on such tenancy.]
