Gujarat Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act, 1948
Every person holding land in the charge of more than one Village Accountant whether as owner or tenant or partly as owner and partly as tenant on the 31st day of March, 1957, shall within the prescribed period furnish in the prescribed manner true particulars of all of the land so held by him to each of the Mamlatdar within whose jurisdiction any piece of such land is situate.
