Gujarat Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act, 1948
The Manager shall inquire into the history and merits of every claim received under the preceding sections and shall in accordance with the rules to be made under this Act determine the amount of the debts and liabilites, if any, justly due to the several claimants.
