Gujarat Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act, 1948
(1) The enactment specified in '[Schedule 1] is hereby repealed to the extent mentioned in the fourth column thereof. (2) But nothing in this Act or any repeal effected thereby– (a) shall affect the amendments made in section 59 of the Bombay Land Revenue Code, 1879, or sections 6 and 9 of the Khoti Settlement Act, 1880; (b) shall, save as expressly provided in this Act, affect or be deemed to affect,– (i) any right, title, interest, obligation or liability already acquired, accrued or incurred before the commencement of this Act, or
