(i) No candidate appearing for departmental examinations shall copy or attempt to copy out answers from any incriminating material indiscreetly or clandestined or otherwise brought or smuggled in the Examination Hall. Any candidate found copying answers shall be debarred from reappearing at the said examination for a period of 3 (three) years next thereafter." "(ii) Such candidate may also be liable to be proceeded against in Departmental proceeding at the direction of Honourable the Chief Justice for failing to maintain integrity.
