Statutory text

(i) Letters of request shall be addressed to the High Court of the Justice, Bangkok (or other Court having jurisdiction) for the formal taking of evidence on commission. They have to be sent through the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India and the Thai Foreign Office and other methods are regarded as irregular.

(ii) The letter of request addressed to the High Court of the Justice, Bangkok has to be forwarded through the High Court and the State Government to the Government of India.
