In the plaint, the names of the parties should be shown in consecutive numbers, written one below the other. These numbers should not be changed; the representatives of a party, who are brought on record after the institution of the suit, should be shown by sub numbers. Where a party whose name is entered in the Register of Suits dies, the necessary correction should be made in that Register.
