When a party applies for a process or deposits the diet money too late to allow of the witness being served in time to reach the Court on the day fixed for hearing, no adjournment should ordinarily be granted to give the party a second opportunity to produce the witness. If a party fails to produce on a particular day, he should not ordinarily be given a second opportunity to produce him.
