When a suit is settled by compromise, the fact of the compromise and its terms should be set out in the decree, which should state that it is passed in terms of the compromise. A note should be made on such decree and in the suit register of the amount of refund of court-fee, and of the fact that certificate of refund of court-fee has been issued.
