(i) The attention of all Civil Courts is drawn to the provisions of Order XXXIII, rules 10, 11, 11-A and 16, of the Code of Civil Procedure, V of 1908, in the matter of the payment of Court-fees and the costs of the Government. The orders in regard to these matters should be embodied in the decrees passed in the suits or appeals. Copies of the decrees should be furnished to the Government without delay. (ii) Whenever the provisions of section 13 of the Bombay Court-fees Act, 1959, so require, copies of decrees in suits to which that section applies should be sent to the Collector.
