A Register of Applications for execution should be kept in Form No. 1 at page 525 of Volume III. It should be regularly written. Entries regarding execution should also be made in the Register of Suits. In column 3 of the Register of Applications the following matters should be entered:— (i) the first order regarding issue of notice under Order XXI, rules 16, 22 and 37; (ii) the orders for issue of process in execution;
