Where the decree-holder has asked that the money should be sent by money-order or by a bank draft the Court may, after making all necessary and lawful deductions, send him the amount due— (1) by money order, if the amount does not exceed Rs. 600; (2) by bank draft by registered post acknowledgment due provided he submits in advance a duly stamped receipt for the amount due, in the form given below:— Form of Receipt.
