Statutory text

(i) The law on this subject is contained in sections 38 to 46 and rules 3 to 9 of Order XXI of the Code. The forms to be used are Nos. 2, 3, 4 and 5 of Appendix E of Schedule I of the Code. Decrees may be sent to Courts in this country or to Courts in other countries.

(ii) The documents mentioned in rule 6 of Order XXI should be sent to the foreign Court concerned while sending the decree for execution.
