The law on this subject is to be found in sections 55 to 59 of the Code and in rules 37 to 40 of Order XXI. It is important to notice that it is the duty of the Court to inform a Judgment-debtor arrested in execution of a money-decree that he may apply to be declared an insolvent (Section 55, Clause 3). Forms for use in proceedings for the arrest of a judgment-debtor are given as Nos 12 to 15 of Appendix E, Schedule I. of the Code.
