Attachment may be made either by seizure; or by order prohibiting the debtor or other person from dealing with the property except in a particular way; or by order charging the debtor's interest in the partnership property and profits with payment of the decretal amount and appointing a receiver. After it is attached, the property cannot lawfully be dealt with in such a way as to affect claims enforceable under the attachment.
