Statutory text

The law as to attachment of growing crops is contained in rules 44 and 45 of Order XXI. Attachment may be by order prohibiting the removal of the crop [rule 45(4)] or by taloaring the crop to be attached, in which event it is deemed to have passed into the possession of the Court.
