(1) A Court, ordering attachment of land assessed to the payment of revenue to the Government, should send two copies of the order to the Collector with a request to have one of them affixed to the notice board in his office. As the other copy is required for the Record of Rights, one copy only need be sent, if the land is in a village where the Record of Rights has not been introduced . District Judges should obtain lists of such villages for their Courts and subordinate Courts, from the Collector. (2) Similarly a Court by whose order attachment is removed or cases such send intimation to the Collector in Standard Form No. Civ-A 234. (3) The Collector should certify the affixing to, or the removal from, his notice-board of orders of attachment.
