Gujarat High Court Civil Manual (subordinate court practice), 1960
The Registrar of the High Court should send to each District Court two copies of the High Court judgment delivered in appeals preferred from that Court. One of these copies shall be filed in the District Court and the other shall be kept for being filed with the original proceedings in the suit.
