The charges for the preparation of the paper books shall be recovered from the appellant or the applicant as the case may be, and shall be levied by District Courts at the following rates: — For 4 copies 12 nP. per 100 words or fraction thereof. For extra copies (made in the same impression) after the 4'h, 3 nP. per 100 words or fraction thereof. In addition to the above, where depositions and Roznamas are required to be translated for being included in the paper book, translation charges at the rate of 25 nP. per 100 words or fraction thereof and charges for the cost paper at 2 nP. for 2 foolscap sheets shall also be recovered. These rules shall not affect the rates for paper books prepared for District Court appeals.
