No Court-fee is leviable upon, a certificate of a decree-holder under rule 2 of Order XXI of the Civil Procedure Code, although such certificate declares that the decree-holder has received a smaller sum or a thing of less value in discharge of a larger sum due under the decree, or in complete discharge of the decree.
