After the written statement is filed, the Court shall fix a date for (i) the reception of documents other than those in the possession or power of parties and (ii) the applications for interrogatories, discovery of documents and inspection thereof. Such applications and also applications for permission to produce documents should not be entertained thereafter unless good cause is shown to the satisfaction of the Court.
