The records of (i) Suits (ii) Miscellaneous Judicial cases, (iii) Execution cases, (iv) Insolvency petitions, (v) Regular appeals, (vi) Miscellaneous appeals and (vii) Miscellaneous cases, decided during the previous month should be forwarded to the Record-keeper of the District Court on or before the 25th day of each month along with a list in the form prescribed below. As regards the cases decided in the month of April, the Civil Judges may send them within one week after the summer vacation.
