An Inspection Register in the following form shall be maintained in each Court:— Inspection Register. | Serial Number and date of application. | Number and Year of proceeding, Record, Book or Register to be inspected. | Date of order on application. | Signature of applicant or his lawyer. | Remarks | | 1 | 2 | 3 | 4 | 5 | Note.—If a lawyer's clerk is authorized by the lawyer to inspect the record, a note that he has been so authorised should be made in the remarks column of the Inspection Register.
