The following distinctive costumes shall be worn by Judges :— (a) By every District, Joint or Assistant Judge and every Judge of the City Civil Court or of the Court of Small Causes, Bombay, a King's Counsel's gown made of black silk and Barrister's bands. (b) By every other Small Cause Court Judge and Civil Judge (Senior Division), a Barrister's gown made of black alpaca and bands. (c) By every Civil Judge (Junior Division), a black alpaca gown made loose, with sleeves and bands.
