The Nazirs of District Courts, Small Causes Courts and subordinate Courts, the Registrars of Small Causes Courts, the Record Keepers of the above Courts, clerks and bailiffs in the offices of the Nazirs, clerks in charge of the library, and all members of the establishment who have to handle Government money shall furnish security for the prescribed amount and in the prescribed manner. If any securities have been deposited, such securities and the security bonds shall be forwarded for safe custody to the Treasury Officer at the headquarters of the District Court. No practising lawyer shall be accepted as surety.
