Gujarat High Court Civil Manual (subordinate court practice), 1960
Rule 5 Order XIV provides that at any time before the passing of the decree, the Court may amend the issues or frame additional issues on such terms as it may deem fit. All such amendments, or additional issues as may be necessary for determining the matters in controversy shall be made or framed at any time before passing the decree.
