The Court official appointed manager of the estate of a lunatic or trustee of an estate in accordance with a scheme framed under section 92 of the Civil Procedure Code or otherwise should be remunerated by a commission on the income of the estate, the rate of the commission being within the discretion of the Court which appoints the official as the manager of the lunatic or the trustee. In no case should the official appointed a manager of lunatic or a trustee be remunerated by 8 percentage charge upon the realisation of the principal.
