Under section 8 (a) of the Bombay Pleaders Act (XVII of 1920), the District Judge may authorize pleaders to practise in such particular Court or Courts in the district as may be assigned to them by him but he cannot direct them to establish their headquarters or reside at any particular place or places. If any Courts are left without sufficient pleaders, the only remedy would seem to be to assign other pleaders to them.
