All appointments as receivers under the Code of Civil Procedure whether in suits or other proceedings, shall be made from amongst responsible and capable lawyers practising in the Court. A panel of such lawyers shall be prepared by the Presiding Officer of the Court. The list shall be revised every two years. Special care shall be taken to see that no undue preference is given to any particular lawyer.
