On the first day of each month, the entries in the Inward and Outward Registers shall be examined, and all unanswered references pending for more than fifteen days shall be separately noted on a pending list. The Clerk of the Court is responsible for the correctness and completeness of the list, and shall place it not later than the 7th of each month, before the District Judge, or Presiding Judge, for perusal and orders.
