The Civil Courts in a district may be closed by the District Judge for the ordinary annual vacation of six weeks, after previous publication in the Bombay Government Gazette at least a month before the date of the commencement of the vacation; but the period should be so fixed as to fall between the 15th of March and the 30th of June of each year.
