Gujarat High Court Civil Manual (subordinate court practice), 1960

Statutory text

The Civil Judges should along with their Monthly Returns submit a statement of cases pending in their Courts in which proceedings have been stayed by order of superior Courts. The District Judge should append a consolidated statement of such cases for the whole district to the Monthly Returns submitted by him to the High Court.
