Statutory text

A Register in the following form should be maintained for showing payments under section 34 of the Bombay Stamp Act, 1958. The entries therein should be made immediately on the receipt of any amount paid under the aforesaid section. A return of entries so made shall be furnished to the Collector at the end of the month :— | Date. | Name of party paying the amount and number of suit etc. in which document is produced. | Description and date of document. | Amount paid. On account of deficient duty. | Amount paid. On account of penalty. | Total. | |---|---|---|---|---|---| | 1 | 2 | 3 | 4 | 5 | 6 |
