Statutory text

The Civil Judges should every month furnish to the Collectors of their respective Districts, through the District Judges, a statement, in the form at page 484 of Volume II, of the stamp duties which are ordered to be refunded to the parties in the suits. District Judges should similarly furnish information in respect of their own Courts.
