The Register of property of which the Nazir is appointed administrator under the provisions of section 9 and 10 of Bombay Regulation VIII of 1827 (E) is for the use in District Courts only. It is distinct from the return of property of persons dying intestate and without known heirs. A separate page should be assigned to each estate and all transactions relating to it should be entered on that page though occurring on various dates.
