All plaints, written statements, applications, affidavits, memoranda of appeals, and other proceedings presented to the Court shall be written in ink, typewritten, printed or cyclostyled fairly and legibly, on stamped paper or foolscap paper of good quality, leaving at least one-fourth margin blank. Both sides of the paper may be used, provided it does not affect the legibility of the matter.
