Gujarat High Court Civil Manual (subordinate court practice), 1960
The District Judges, Sessions Judges, Presidency Magistrates and the Chief Judge of the Presidency Small Cause Court at Bombay, should frame and publish lists of touts for their respective Courts in accordance with the provisions of section 36 of the Legal Practitioners Act, XVIII of 1879, such lists being prepared by the District Judges for their own Courts and the Civil Courts subordinate to them.
