Notwithstanding anything contained in these Rules, e-authenticated copy of Interim Orders, Stay Orders, Record of Proceedings and other judicial directions of the Supreme Court of India received as part of FASTER (Fast and Secure Transmission of Electronic Records) system of the Supreme Court of India; shall be deemed to be an authorized communication received from the Registry of the Supreme Court of India for the purpose of giving effect to such orders/directions without waiting for receipt of formal physical communication or certified copy of the same.
