If a process is sent for service to the Presidency Small Causes Court, Bombay, or to another District or place in which the language of the Court is different:— (1) no translation fee should be levied for an English translation of the process in English is available or can be copied either from the Code of Civil Procedure or from the Civil Manual; (2) a charge may be made for a translation into a language which is neither English nor the language of the District if such a translation is required and furnished by the office.
