Gujarat Co-operative Societies Act, 1961
No person shall exercise the right to vote at an election of a member of a committee in a financial year unless he is a member of a committee in a financial year unless he is member of the bank for the whole of the financial year preceding the financial year in which the election is held and continues to be such member.
