GCSA 124 — Mortgages executed in favour of ⁷⁴[Primary Land Development Banks] to stand vested in ⁷⁵[State Land Development Bank]

Statutory text

The mortgages executed in favour of, and all other assets transferred to a [Primary Land Development bank] by the members thereof shall, with effect from the date of such execution or transfer Development Bank] and shall vest in the [State Land Development Bank].
