GFISH 28 — Members, officers and employees to be public servants

Gujarat Fisheries Act, 2003

Statutory text

All officers and employees and the members of the Authority shall, when acting or purporting to act in pursuance of the provisions of this Act or any rule made thereunder, be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code.
