Statutory text

No Civil Court shall have any jurisdiction to deal with or decide any question touching the issue of certificate by the authorised revenue officer under section 125L or any entry in the Register of Mutations and no injunction shall be granted by any Civil Court in respect of any action taken or to be taken in pursuance of such power under this Chapter.
