Gujarat Land Revenue Code, 1879
(1) The authorised revenue officer shall, after receiving the application under section 125H, issue a notice in such form as may be prescribed, inviting thereby, objections from any person within a period of one month from the date of such notice with regard to the claim of possession by the claimant during the relevant period.
